With over 18 years of conveyancing experience, working as a property lawyer and property developer, we have noticed that the conveyancing transaction time is ever increasing. What will my pack include?
- Official documents from the Land Registry
- Your completed Property Information Form and Fittings and Contents Form
- Certificates and guarantees
- Energy Performance Certificate
- Parking details
- Council Tax details
- Searches (optional)
- Shared Amenity Information (LPE1/ FME1)
(These documents are traditionally obtained once you have accepted an offer from a buyer, by obtaining them before you find a Buyer will speed up the conveyancing process)
